COMFORT & MEDITATION is designed to move more slowly, offering the opportunity for you to get your "Zen" on. Connect your breath with flow and stillness while cultivating better balance as you ease into your body, mind and soul. Will include meditation and a lot of love.

SOUL SHINE is designed for those who want  Vinyasa flow at a steady and more energetic pace. Will include a lot of free movement and love.
